LikedGood location Good garage
DislikedIts a old and dusty hotel. When we came, the room that was given to us for below expetations, AC was not working, old and way below 4* level. On top of that, not very friendly reception. After a long discussion and good reaction by Graciella, the manager, everything was resolved and we got a much better room on the 10th floor. Thanks to her this was actually resolved nicely.

DislikedVery outdated, still in the early 80s and air con set by building meaning rooms were very warm. Staff were attentive to open windows but hotel situated at a very busy 24 hour junction. Not a good night sleep. Lighting in the room very confusing to work out.

Ideal location, minimal disturbances from external sounds, close to a station and a plethora of restaurants! Highly recommend!! The rooms and service are top notch!!
