LikedVery close to the train station

DislikedThis was a business hotel, this was not a leisure hotel. The hotel is not located close enough to any of the tourist attractions, so do not book in that basis. Also, the hotel is specially catered for business people staying for one evening. The beds are uncomfortable with no options for extra pillows. You have to pay for anything extra including the minibar which is disgustingly expensive. the breakfast is mediocre, but we were not offered any of the optional extras as per the menu. Also they do not offer still water. Staff were not helpful. We pre paid the booking in full and still asked for a holding fee on the credit card we paid on. Not sure if many people will notice this, so be careful to ensure it is refunded.

LikedThe hotel staff did everything they could to help us. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the bus and tram station. Which makes it easier to get around the city? There is a coffee set in the room. The breakfast is good. after an in-depth discussion we allowed to park in the hotel's parking lot, we thank the hotel staff

DislikedFor those arriving at the hotel with a car. the hotel does not have enough parking spaces, they offered us a parking space that is between five and ten minutes' walk away. After nine o'clock at night we did not feel safe walking around the hotel area daily parking cost 25 euros . The breakfast served on the minus one floor.
