LikedGreat location and great staff. Beds are really comfy and you feel yourself like your home. Room was wide enough. After check out I realized that I forgot my phone at the room. They found out and already sent me a message. The staff was really friendly and helpful, strongly recommended!

Service staff is very unhelpful, not flexible and unprofessional at all. We wish to checked in early because we told them we have a long tour that day and will be back late. We just hope to save the process time. We don’t need a room now. They rejected right away saying that they need to do the checkout first. Fine, we waited till checkout done and no lineup, they still insisted to do it at 2pm. When I am back at night to do the checkin. My reservation has asked for 2 twin beds and I explicitly indicated this again to them. I brought my luggage up and found it’s not. I called they suggested me to come down to get another room card. Second time, again it’s not I really upset on phone then they sent another person to give me the card. The next day I went to the service desk. I complained why it took them 3 times before they got me the right one. They said because they don’t know. I also asked why the room I have is the smallest among the three. They said too bad I am sorry. What kind of service is it for a 4 stars hotel? Totally ridiculous and unacceptable.
