LikedThe rooms were spacious and well-facilitated. The staff were friendly at the restaurant and at check in. The place is quite child-friendly. The location is great for its proximity to the city centre and opposite the shops.
DislikedThe check in procedure was very long even I had already used the fast check in and one of the links didn't work.

LikedSpacious, sparkling clean room, extra large bed, bathroom with a bath. Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet, welcoming staff, wide and well-organized lobby and common areas. Nice Easter present in the room (small cake Colomba)
DislikedFurniture is a bit outdated, I didn't like pillows (there is an option to replace them though on order). No smart card, but standard key. Upon check-in, the pre-authorization amount was charged from my bank card, but upon check-out I changed the method of payment and paid in cash. Nevertheless the full amount remained charged from my bank card and it was only returned after 10 days.
