DislikedNo heating, no hot water (after literaly 5 minutes or 100L, water spoped to be ice cold). Unable to take shower.

DislikedApril 24.it was very cold and the heat because of the month was closed the answer of reception!!For that they bring us blankets.07:00 am they remember to open the heat!!! The breakfast was until 10:30am. 10:40am a hotel staff came to our table and say to leave immediately because the want to close the room!!! Unbelievable!!!

DislikedThere are many things I did not like. I stayed there for two nights and on the second night the room was freezing cold due temperature drop outside. It was so cold that we were wearing our jackets indide the room. I asked reception about heating and they right out said that they can not do anything about heating. I had a nine month old baby and an eight year old kid with me. Both had a pretty tough time with the cold. Glad that they did not get sick

DislikedI chose this hotel because of the 4 star rating, and was hoping the stay would match the expectations of a 4 star hotel. We made the reservation a month in advance at a very high price point. It was extremely important to us that the room had 2 separate beds. We did not receive a denial for this request. We assumed this wasn’t going to be an issue given the early booking and the capacity of the hotel. Our room had only one bed. We thought it was extremely unwelcoming and disrespectful to see only one chocolate bonbon on one of the nightstands and the following day only 1 small bottle of water – there were 2 of us so no reasonable way to split either item. We didn’t touch them until the last day of our stay. This accommodation does not correspond to the price and stars of the hotel.

LikedThe hotel location is very close to metro and only 15 minutes from Doumo square. But, if is only good if you travel daylight or not alone. Be cause it is not very safe for women tp walk alone. Altrough, it only 5 minutes, but steet is dark. Also the headboard in my room wasn't good. Scratched and outdated. The staff was lovely.

DislikedBrecfast wasn't the best for 4 star hotel. At 8 am the most hot food was finished.
