LikedThe setting of the hotel, the architecture and tasteful decor, the politeness and helpfulness of all the staff, the breakfast, the comfort of our room and bed, the beautiful spring flowers at the entry of the hotel, and the orchids and welcoming notes and sweets every evening.
DislikedWe were unprepared for the crowds of Fashion Week on our walk outside on the first afternoon after our arrival.

Extremely good location, very helpful staffs, nice breakfast. We got the Gallery Suite with a split upper level for bed. The AC was not enough to cool the room so we open windows overlooking the Galleria. All night noise from late party peoples and morning cleaning up. Advice to get single floor rooms so you don't have to open the windows!
