LikedCharming room, staff went above and beyond for breakfast, with a huge variety of options delivered via tray to your room at the time you requested.

DislikedThere was a mix-up over vegetarian vs vegan breakfast, so I wasn't able to eat most of the breakfast items.

LikedGood clean large comfortable room. The location was also near a metro station. Tram and bus station were also near by. The termini station is also not far. The breakfast was limited but good. The staff is helpful. Even though she doesn’t know English using a translation app she was able to communicate.

DislikedThe bathroom is private but external. Hence u will have to cross the hall. But it’s actually not that big a problem. Please inform the lady your time of arrival as there is no reception as such. Hence she needs to be present to hand over keys.

LikedIt was a great stay at Santa Croce. The breakfast was really good each morning. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom was very clean. They even left breakfast stuffs for us in the room since we had an early early flight. So nice of them!

DislikedDetached bathroom wasn't the most convenient but they have us our own, no sharing, which was nice.
