LikedEverything is nice and the same as in a pictures.

Disliked-

LikedArianna was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable with the apartment. Just a very good host all around! Room was tidied up every day as well which was really nice.

DislikedThe shower needs a bit of work, as salts and time have taken their toll. It is not dirty, but does not give the sense that is very clean too. Also around 10 am every day, people were shouting outside our room. We woke up early every morning so it didn’t bother us in our sleep and we don’t know if it was the cleaners or other residents, it was just very loud and a little bit annoying.

LikedFantastic location and great value for money. So close to Villa Borghes.

DislikedBathroom could have been a bit cleaner. But everything else was great. And the staff were very helpful. The room was very nicely decorated.

LikedLocation was perfect, and the bed is very comfortable. Room was very decent size.

DislikedI was in room 24 and I couldn't connect to any of 3 WiFi networks in the property (except next to reception). Staff didn't speak English and was showing me the WiFi works on their phone so the issue must be my phone. Soundproofing was bad and there was music coming from the hallways in the morning so it was impossible to sleep after 8am. The shower wasn't clean.
