LikedThe room, the kitchen, the bed, the nice receptionist, the security, the location were great.. pretty courtyard. Spacious room. We loved this place. We'd stay again. It was great.

DislikedThe shower was a little small. Could have used a handrail on lower stairs. Other than that, it was perfect.

DislikedOnly point, could be nice to put a bed topper when it is 2 single beds made as a double bed to not feel the gap

LikedGreat location to explore Florence, 3 min walk from main train station. Receptionist were very welcoming. Highly recommend. We stayed there twice on our trip.

Disliked2nd time around apartment bed & pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

LikedFriendly welcome, very spacious room with high quality furnishings and equipment, in a secluded courtyard, so quiet overnight. Via Faenza only 5 minutes from the station but then very close to San Lorenzo and the Duomo. Ideal!
