LikedThe hotel itself was decent, although our room was a bit dim. More functioning lights would have been appreciated. We were surprised to find no slippers or bathroom amenities in the room, and the safe box didn't work initially, but the staff were friendly and quick to assist. While the receptionist who welcomed us was very nice and helpful, others were just civil. Among the four to five different receptionists we encountered, only two women stood out for their friendliness. The breakfast was good, simple yet satisfying. However, the room lacked warmth and ambiance, feeling a bit cold, and the non-functional AC was disappointing, although it wasn't a major issue in the spring when we could just open the door.

DislikedThe staff didn't accept to cancel my breakfast for the next day when I told them I had to take the train too early to take it.

LikedThe location is excellent. The metro is close by, within walking distance. There's a market nearby where you can buy fresh produce, snacks, light meals, and drinks. You can also take a stroll to the Trastevere area, where there are many authentic Italian cafes. Trams are also nearby, and you can easily reach these stops without much effort.

DislikedIn the bathroom, there was a lack of disposable slippers.

LikedIt was located in a neighbourhood with all local people not a lot of tourists. This hotel was very new so everything was fresh! Very well located to transit and sites. 15 min walk to Travestere.

DislikedWe needed one more night later in the month on our way back to Canada but as the staff was so new, when I asked to book it direct at the hotel, the girl didn’t know how to do it. When I went to book on line for the one night, it was 3X’s as much so we booked elsewhere.
