Enjoyed my stay at Ramada. Location a bit of a trek from the nearest Metro especially if you have luggage. The room itself very spacious with a nice balconette.

LikedIt was clean

DislikedThe central AC was off due to weather conditions even though it was hot in the room they didn't turn it on! There was no slippers, tissues at the room only in the bathroom, the breakfast has a very very limited options for muslims !! We had only scrambled eggs and cucumber/tomato and that's it! We were very disappointed because we have a future booking with them so we don't want the same experience again

DislikedFirst walking in, receptionist hasn’t done a check in for once before and took 30 minutes with the manager over his shoulder to check us in. AC doesn’t work they don’t give you the remote controller for the in unit ac and when asked to turn it on, they asked for room number and hours later nothing happened. They said bear with it and pop a window. Bugs everywhere in the room and in the fridge and worst reception team and manager Gingia.

DislikedRoom itself and furniture are a bit old (scratched, dusty), there was a clog in the shower and a hood did not work. Considering it’s price, the hotel was ok, but it is not a 4* one.
