LikedThe staff was nice and very friendly, the rooms were clean and it's located a few minutes out of the center.

DislikedThe whole hotel smells of incense sticks likely to cover some more unpleasant smells. The rooms are very old and would need a complete renovation. Even though the rooms were clean the walls are dirty and haven't been painted in ages, the furniture is very old and falling apart and the bathroom has been around longer than most of us and even though it was clean it had quite a lot of mold.

LikedEverything was good. Near to center and comfortable. I booked 2 rooms and this was my second trip to Florence. I loved the service and the reception is kind. I would love to stay again for my next trip.
