LikedThe hotel was very well positioned, in the centre of Florence
DislikedAfter checkout, we were not able to leave our luggages at the hotel. Instead, we were told we could store them at a nearby affiliated hotel. It wasn’t too far, but I had to make 3 trips by myself to move all our things. Worst of all though, unfortunately, all our party of 3 adults and a 2 years old showed bed bugs bites all over our bodies the day after the only one night we spent in Florence. Unacceptable

Very clean and cheap for a hotel. A little tricky to find.

Very friendly guy at reception. Boiled the kettle for us to make a tea.. Clean sheets. Bathroom extremely outdated and requires improving. Can’t use the toilet without constatino dripping onto you from the toilet cistern.
