LikedThe location was excellent, couldn't be better. All the staff, particularly those at the front desk, were invariably friendly and helpful. The car valet service was very good, super convenient, and fairly priced, considering the urban location. Again, given the location in a largely pedestrian area inside the walls of the old city, the hotel provided excellent driving directions. The breakfast provided a tremendous variety and unlimited quantities. The rooftop bar was pleasant, and our room was large.

DislikedThe bathroom was poorly arranged, with the toilet immediately behind the door, so that a person on the toilet could be hit when another person entered the room. Also, the shower door had an inadequate bottom seal, so that water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, making it very slippery.

LikedThe hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center, close to main attractions. The room and bathroom are of perfect size and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Top notch is service, everyone who works there is extremely polite and helpful.

DislikedFor breakfast, the hotel could have a toaster. When we asked to heat up a bit our bread it took very long so when it came my tea was cold. They could have less options of cakes/ patisseries but have fresher ones. The hotel could have a policy of not changing towels and sheets every day, upon request.
