Stayed for 4 nights in early March 2024. Conveniently located near Termini (we just leisurely walked around 10 minutes from Termini to the hotel rather than taking the metro or taxi). Room looks very modern contrary to some comments we saw from way back about the place needing renovations. They appeared to have excellently addressed these issues. And the space is quite big than we expected. We also love the breakfast with its varied selection. Staff both at the front desk and the restaurant are helpful as well. Alla prossima!

LikedThe location was great, and the workers at the front desk were helpful.
DislikedWe booked our rooms based on the photos on booking.com. We were in 3 rooms on the 5th floor. They were small and very outdated. There is no room to lay your luggage out. The elevator goes to the 4th floor, and then you carry your 40lb luggage up a flight of steps. We would not have booked here if we knew we were not getting what we signed up for. We booked months ahead.

LikedRooms were clean , staff very accommodating and breakfast buffet was amazing. After a horrible stay in Florence at Hotel Medici, hotel Patria was a breath of fresh air.
DislikedBathtub in single room was a little slippery.

LikedVery friendly staff, great location near the station and room was very fairly priced.
DislikedBed wasn’t comfortable at all, I had to place a pillow under my hip so I could sleep on the side. It’s small but the curtain didn’t shut and the air con didn’t work.

LikedGood location- Quite near to public transit. Many shops nearby where can easily purchase beer, wine &food,etc. Historic part of town- only ca. 3km fro Forum &Coliseum. Adequate room size quite clean, etc.
DislikedSlightly "overpriced'? But this is Rome. I was surprised late @night by people just 'outside" my room. even though I was on fifth floor. I was not told that walkway by side of my room was accessible- EVEN IF these were hotel staff?!
