LikedLocation was amazing!

DislikedBed wasn’t the most comfortable and the linens/bedding were cheap feeling.

LikedVery lovely hotel with a lot of character and great staff, very centrally located.

LikedThe location of this hotel was great. Just around the corner from the Pantheon and a few minutes' walk from Trevi fountain. Most evenings we would walk to one of those two places and grab gelato on the way. There were also a few souvenir shops nearby. The entrance to the hotel was on a quiet road, so there was not a lot of load noise from outside.

DislikedThere are quite a few stairs at this hotel. They did have a working elevator, but you still need to take some stairs to get to the elevator as well as to the breakfast area.

LikedGreat central location! We had a room off the street that was very quiet. Rooftop terrace was great! Staff is wonderful! The front desk staff was always available to schedule car service and call a taxi and answer all questions. All staff is polite and extremely helpful. Francesca takes care of the buffet breakfast and is fabulous! Everything is fresh and delicious every morning! Highly recommend!

DislikedKeep in mind this is a very old building in the center of Rome. Lots of stairs. They have a very convenient but small elevator. When leaving one of us took the luggage down in the elevator and the other took the steps. Not a big deal but you should be aware.
