LikedThe location is central but the surroundings of the hotel are dirty, there’s garbage everywhere.

We spent two nights here during our stay in Naples. The hotel was safe and generally pretty quiet. It had a cool vibe with it being an old palace. The breakfast that was ink used each morning was great! The only drawbacks were that the WiFi was basically non-existent in our room. Also the hair dryer and stand up shower did not work. The staff was quick to send a replacement hair dryer to our room and we were able to get by using the hand shower nozzle, but it was inconvenient. We were also disappointed when we called to make an appointment at the spa and we’re told it was closed due to maintenance.
