LikedNice,clean and charming hotel at great location. Easy to find. Small but cozy and comfortable room. 5 minutes walk from/to the train station S.M.N. Close to everything in the heart of Florence. The staff is very helpful and professional. Good breakfast. They let us leave our luggage till late afternoon. Thank you.

DislikedThe bathroom needs some remodeling and repairs (the shower curtain falls from the rail,and water sprayed over the floor. The plastic panel for flushing the toilet bowl falls a part). Room #1

LikedPrice vs location is pretty good

DislikedThe shower had no pressure at all and almost no water. Wash your hair takes a very long time (I am a man with short hair), my friend is a female with long hair, she could not wash her hair, it would be impossible to rinse.

LikedIt’s a nice hotel, good located (4 minutes walk from the station and less than 10 minutes to the duomo). The cleaning was good. The breakfast doesn’t have many options but it’s ok. The workers are super nice.

DislikedDoesn’t have an elevator so you have to take the stairs with your suitcases. Doesn’t have a proper space to leave your luggage after check out or before check in.
