LikedThis was an amazing hotel! Very good breakfast! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, shower pressure was perfect! The staff were very helpful and friendly! The property is a little bit away from the city Center, but for us that wasn’t a problem, there is a tram and bus stop down the road and it takes you right to the city centre. Absolutely amazing stay! We stayed for 5 nights, if we will be in Florence again we will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended this hotel!

As coming with car we choose to stay outside the center, the location is an area that you do not feel safe at night. The water is not free in the room which is basic and needs to be decorated. No kettle at 4 stars hotel. The breakfast is basic and the taste of the croissant is not tasty at all. When we ask the reception to go to the center she recommends the tram, we asked if we can go to the tram by car and she said no when we walked and arrive to the tram we find lots of free parking beside the tram. I did not enjoy my stay

We were quite satisfied with the stay. Location, environment, food and so on were all good and convenient for travel around the city. I'd stay again next time and also recommend the hotel to other freiends.
