We were quite satisfied with the stay. Location, environment, food and so on were all good and convenient for travel around the city. I'd stay again next time and also recommend the hotel to other freiends.

LikedLocation is very good, staff are friendly and supportive.

LikedThe hotel was pleasant, friendly staff and clean.

DislikedThe location was a bit too far from the center of Florence but this was my choice. The aircon wasn’t on in the room. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

DislikedI asked to start the heatting system into my room and they told me is hot out side and I don’t need. They check check the temperature into my room and it was 24 degrees (my feeling it is that is showing 1/2 degrees more than reality) I told to them my 8 year old son will have a shower and is recovering after an illness but they didn’t start the heating.
