The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect for the offered price. I liked my stay at this hotel very much. A bit of comment: The toilet in the bathroom makes big noises after flushing, not only in my room but also in the neighbours' room.

LikedThe hotel is pretty decent value for staying in Milan. Its fairly central and easy to get to the sights from here (about a 20 or 30 minute walk to the Duomo).
DislikedThey need new beds - you can feel the springs in the mattress. It wasn't unbearable, but we weren't as well rested in the morning.
