DislikedIt advertised that there is a roof top bar and pool but it is only open in June. It should be noted that the roof top bar and pool are closed from Oct. to May.

LikedThe staff were very helpful and friendly. Always willing to help. Breakfast had a great variety. The rooms were spacious and modern. Our car was garaged every evening.
DislikedA bit far away from centre of city but was very close to tram which was only 2 stops to centre.

LikedSpacious, modern rooms. Friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool would have been brilliant but wasn’t open when we arrived which we didn’t realise when booking.
DislikedIt wasn’t clear enough that the rooftop bar and pool wasn’t open in certain seasons. One of the main reasons we booked was for the rooftop pool. We went early April time and the weather was around 23 degrees so would have been perfect. We were disappointed it wasn’t open for us to enjoy as part of our trip and would have gone for a hotel closer to the centre of Florence if we knew it wasn’t open.

LikedWe got the room with the view of the ferris wheels which is a bonus for my 4yo and he loved it. Beds were comfortable. Staffs were friendly.
DislikedIt wasn’t clear to us what in the room is provided for free, and at check out we were charged with some crisps at the mini bar.
