DislikedI couldn't close my windows so it was noisy. There was moisture in the bathroom, the curtains was dirty like the shower. The stairs were always full of boxes, cushions on the floor, and the staff wasn't very smiling.

The room was clean and the staffs were nice and friendly. They provided towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. The bathroom and toilet was clean. The fridge is an added bonus. The hotel is is just a few steps away to mini marts and Aldi (a supermarket), the bus and tram stops. Very good place to sleep for a few nights. The only downside we found is that Duomo and Milan Central Station are a bit far commuting from this hotel.
