LikedGreat staff all so welcoming and helpful they even have us adapters are we brought the wrong ones! The restaurant, reception and cleaning staff were fantastic and you could see the coliseum in minutes!

LikedLocation was excellent and the food/breakfast was as expected.
DislikedThe pool was closed and apparently not open or filled with water until May, despite temperatures being 25-degrees in April This WAS NOT advertised and/or we were not aware that the roof top pool overlooking the coliseum which is surely the hotels main selling point wasn't available to us....... it was the main reason why we booked the hotel through Booking.com and not the Hilton with my honours points!

LikedHotel location was fantastic. Bed was really comfy. Reception staff and bar staff were friendly and really helpful. Loved our stay in this Hotel. Shame the rooftop pool was closed, but we still enjoyed the views from the rooftop.
