LikedExcellent location. Friendly, very helpful staff. Good value for the centre of Florence.

DislikedBathroom and shower were extremely small, but all worked well, so didn't matter that much.

DislikedIf you're desperate and have nowhere else to stay, you might consider this hotel. Its best feature is its location. The nicest part about breakfast is the people who serve it. The room numbers shown in the photos only exist in the photos. This place is a rip off tourists.

LikedEverything was quite agreeable, though we found our room to be on the small size. We later found out that there are larger and more suitable accomodations in the city, though quite a bit more expensive.

DislikedQuestion is: how can things be improved? Well, offer larger rooms for the same money. We will surely go back, since Firenze is our favourite city in Toscana.
