LikedI had a very spacious, comfortable and clean room, which contained everything I needed.
DislikedThe ongoing renovation work in the entrance area was presumably necessary, but did not improve the impression of the otherwise very nice hotel. The location of the hotel is suboptimal for tourists, but not too noisy. Limited choice of food for breakfast compared to other countries.

DislikedThe hotel lobby area is a bit small and gym was closed for renovations . The area was a bit run down.

DislikedThe room at night was very light and needs black out curtains. There was no mirror in the room only the bathroom. There were no draws to put your clothes in. The breakfast was very strange. It was laid out as a buffet style but we were unable to help ourselves as the staff did it instead.

LikedCrazy location but the room and service was amazing. We found the best restaurant in Naples around the corner. Best and we visited Naples for over a week.

Here are some problems: 1-in bathroom, water didn't goes down easily. It needs the puppies are blocked with hairs . They need to check it before giving the room to the guest . 2-working with the air-conditioning is a little bit tricky but if you manage to get it working it is not bad. 3-The guy in reception behaviour not friendly. The lady in reception behave well with a good sense of humour.
