LikedThe location is the good feature. 5 mins walk from St Maria Novella and 10min from Duomo

LikedLoved the location, nice and close to train station and city centre. Our room had recently been renovated so was fresh and clean.
DislikedProperty need to update what facilities are offered on Booking.com. I booked mainly because stated they had Mini bar, safety deposit box, iron, refrigerator and washing machine. I desperately needed to do washing as have been travelling for 2 weeks. Also said breakfast was included in the price and was told it wasn’t when I went to have it.

LikedTerrific location, you are a couple blocks from the Train Station and from there you can walk to city centre. I didn't even need buses or taxis to move around.
DislikedBuilding and rooms are very old, room is not well ventilated and smells like old furniture. Windows are terrible, letting every sound from the street come into the room, even walking pedestrians. Could not sleep at all.

DislikedThe staff smiles a lot but didn’t help much. Our luggage’s were late! One person told us they arrived-other no. Then we received the luggage- we find out- they was opened and things missing. Then we asked about it - the girl straight start blaming the delivery .we ask to find out from delivery-but unfortunately no help!!!! Every day we have asked there our things-nobody cares!Our holiday was ruined-it was presents from my husband and son for our anniversary and they not cheap. We traveling a lot and never had experience-that private things missing in hotel . We would not recommend this hotel to anyone

LikedVery close to train station which comes in handy if u are traveling out of the city but other than that i didn't find anything good value
DislikedRooms are sooo smalll, unnecessarily small. I had a balcony but they didn't even put a chair in there. Also they made u give up your key every time u go out which doesn't make any sense i do not recommend this place
