LikedThe hotel stored our bags before and after our stay which was great as we had a lot of baggage.. All the staff were very helpful.

DislikedThe lift could only accommodate 2 people and was a little claustrophobic as a result.

LikedThe only thing nice about this property was the kind lady who cleaned our room. The staff upfront should take some lessons from her on how to act like a professional.

DislikedThis place is disgusting and not worth the price. Do not be misled by the pictures - the rooms look nothing like what you see. Don’t be fooled by the nicely dressed staff up front - they were rude and not at all helpful. Your small request will be treated like the biggest burden. Absolutely horrible hotel.

LikedNear but far enough away from the main tourist hub. The quite courtyard and the great reception team

DislikedUnfortunately, there was a member of the bar staff that was having a bad day and insisted that we could t sit in the bar stools but ushered us to a table in the wall…the purpose of visiting the bar was to enjoy the views…why have bar stools when you can’t sit in them? We found somewhere else. There was also some mild around the mirror in our room and a smell of damp which we reported, this didn’t effect our stay as we didn’t spend much time in the room- only to sleep.
