LikedThe location is great (you can see the hotel as you exit the station - which has a shuttle to the airport), the staff were super friendly (looked after our bags for a few hours when we checked out, recommended a GREAT pizza place we'd never had found without them), breakfast is a really nice buffet which my kids thought was heaven (watch your pancakes being made in a tiny machine, Nutella and sprinkles on tap!), large pleasant double room for our family of 4 - so it had two bedrooms plus a really nice balcony. The decor is a little shabby/old fashioned but it was all clean and we will happily go back next year, so highly recommend.

DislikedTheir decor's a bit odd and if it was all brought up to a modern style it would be getting rave reviews, but we didn't much mind and appreciated the family-friendly space and breakfast.

LikedLocation was perfect, very central and near to railway station which was great for day trips to Lucca and Florence. Staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was very good with a very good choice. Breakfast staff were very good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would choose this hotel again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great location close to train but close to all other points of interest Having travelled extensively and stayed all grades of hotel but this hotel although not the most expensive or classiest Is among one I definitely did not want to leave . Great breakfast

LikedThe accommodations were good. The location is very close to the train station; it also close to the airport (cost 13 Euro for 12-15 minute ride). The buffet breakfast was very good and extensive. Check in and check out were smoothly handled and efficient.

DislikedThe property is quite old and shows its age. The lift closest to our room was exceptional slow to answer a call, it was faster to walk the 50-60 metres to the other lift.
