LikedNice sized rooms.
DislikedStaff were not nice or accommodating at all. Rooms were nice size. But old and neglected. We asked for early check in had to wait 3 hrs in lobby after kind flight. No one in from desk was helpful or nice. Will never go back to this facility again

DislikedWe asked for early check in with an infant we waited 3 hrs while the rest of my family got their rooms immediately. While we waited for our room someone STole our passport. We went to the lobby to ask for help and assistance. And they were not helpful at all. .

LikedLocation is ok. Breakfast is ok. Beds are large and ok. Room is large.
DislikedThis is not a five star. Should be a three star. Weird lobby, even from the outside you can barely see the hotel as signs are small. Inside, the greeting is weird guy at evening service. Rooms are not clean. Toilet seat broken. The price we paid €400 for a room deserves better floor/cleaning/staff. If this was a 3 star and 200€ even then the broken seat and weird floor would not be ok.
