LikedBreakfast was excellent, they had everything one would expect and for every taste. Compared to other hotels, above avereage at least. The rooom had a good size and the location, not being right in the historic center of Florence, was within a walking distance from it. Didnt need to use taxi or other transportation method.
DislikedI cant really say anything that I didnt like. To be honest, the hotel provided a very good service in every aspect.

LikedEveryone who worked there was exceptionally nice and helpful. Great people! And the location was in a quieter area but only 10-15 minute walk to some of the main areas and attractions. Also the breakfast was very good and the staff who prepared breakfast were great.
DislikedThe room was very old and didn’t look as clean and modern as the photos so we were pretty disappointed when we arrived. It seemed like they were renovating all the other rooms on our floor (they were closed off and you could hear construction during the day). Our room was large but everything looked pretty old, the bathroom and shower had mildew on the edges — it was not the most comfortable place to stay.
