LikedOld monastery made it unique. Our balcony patio had great views. Wonderful front desk staff.
DislikedThe breakfasts were a little haphazard as the warm scrambled eggs made an appearance later in the breakfast time so we missed it both days. Limited coffee access both with breakfast and thou tea bags provided in rooms no instant coffee. Our multilevel room took some getting used to especially traversing the steps at night trying to get to the bathroom in the dark.

Comfortable room, very clean. Nice terrace to enjoy a small view of Siena. Staff are exceptional! So friendly and helpful-5 stars to them. Nice breakfast, good location.

LikedBreakfast fine. Location superb. Staff excellent but access by car was challenging but staff helped to sort. Good local restaurants and fascinating amibince in City.

LikedRoom was big! View from the window amazing (you could see the land of Tuscany)! Location of the hotel perfect. You could park outside of the historical city where there is free parking spot and within 5 min walk you could reach the hotel. Hotel is locating in a quiet area inside the historical center and you can see all hot spots in a max distance of 5 min on foot. The hotel stuff was EXTREMELY friendly and they were trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I asked them also to book for us a table for 2 and they were trying for hours to reach the restaurant by phone!
DislikedRoom needs renovation asap! Also bathroom looks old and not clean - even it was… the money we have paid was much more than the real value of the hotel.
