LikedThe staff on duty were exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful... they made the stay tolerable. The breakfast includes vegan croissants and yogurt so really a good way to start the day.
DislikedThe location is ok if you want to be near the metro. Otherwise book further away, this is not a great part of the city. The room was not great at all. The bathroom was very very small and outdated. The bathroom looked nothing like the website, actual vs website are uploaded on this review. There is not enough space to sit on the toilet and I am not exceptionally tall or big at 1.8m. You have to sit diagonally to fit on the toilet! The windows if you are on the first floor open up to the street but effectively the entire building across the road can see into your unit. The breakfast includes vegan croissants but they are placed next to the normal options... and so people will not read and eat these... so on some days you might not get any if you are late. There was a tv... with 1 English channel. 1. The hotel bills itself as a "Green" Sustainable hotel... but this is nothing but a scam to save money. They put the central heating on a separate electrical feed and turn it off between 10PM and 8AM. So if you staying there and its cold... you are in for a rough time. The lighting in the room is POOR. Barley any lights in the room, nothing centrally located. Was dark in there. The wifi was also not up to standard. Kept losing connection and the the connectivity was low.

LikedThe staff were extremely helpful and every staff member was very professional and friendly. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and room was quiet.
DislikedWifi was not secure and we did not use it.

LikedThe location (beside porta nuova station, bus link to airport, 10 minute walk to royal palace), also within comfortable walking distance of other main attractions, lots of cafes and food options nearby, balcony off bedroom overlooking inner courtyard, and old style elevator
