LikedThe toilet of my were broken and I got hurt as I didn't see it when I went in for shower and had to call the maintenance guy to come and fix it ...but what disappoint me is it was not observed before hand before letting out the room to the guest...we were not given the hotel with receptionist but in the separate building which took us half and hour to find the building ...

DislikedThe toilet and the water pressure for hot water was very poor.. and in fact in the hotel with the receptionist which was given to my friend was far much better ...we both paid the same price

LikedStaff were welcoming and helpful at reception. Swift check in & staff kindly provided a room upgrade. Excellent room with a beautiful view, impeccably clean. Perfect location. Great bars & restaurants within walking distance.

DislikedCould do with tea and coffee facilities in the room

DislikedThe elevator in the right hand sometimes didn't work properly. The button even if you push it hard sometimes didn't take you down to deck 0. I had to continue by feet down to the lobby. The room temperature can't be adjusted. It was too hot for me. I didn't open the window as the noise from the street could be heard inside.

LikedClean got great water pressure and great beds.

DislikedAir con did not work, you can hear extremely well from people upstairs pluss we were not informed our room would be 400 meters from reception and had to walk in the rain, that should be informed well in description

LikedStaff were very helpful and friendly, good location for what i needed, only a short walk to the town, good breakfast, clean room.

DislikedRoom was a bit warm and stuffy at night which made sleeping difficult.
