LikedThe staff were very friendly and always cheerful and helpful, especially the breakfast staff at the really lovely and ample breakfast. A basket of Easter eggs was placed in our room on Easter Sunday.

LikedGreat location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
DislikedThe rooms were rather dated, although clean. USB charging points should be the norm now and we struggled to find a suitable plug that worked! The bed was a bit firm. Our room was dark and on 3rd floor so not a great room, I have read that there are nicer ones.

Good location We can walk to any famous attractions. Hotel employees are nice. The only shortcoming is the hotel is located in ZTL and doesn’t provide parking lot. If you driver you must parking your car outside the ZTL

LikedLocation was great for a walking trip to Roma. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast and bar were great
