we can see the bridge of sighs from our window, and it’s located close to Saint Mark's Basilica. Breakfast is served in the room which was nice.

Likedexcellent central location and good sized room but old furniture is not practical.
Disliked1. No reception at night, you're on your own so might as well be an apartment 2. No breakfast room, breakfast is served in the room - no option! Only redeeming feature was the water Raffaele, who is a great guy. 3. very limited breakfast choice and not good quality. 4. There is no soap tray in the shower, unbelievable!! so you put your soap or whatever on the shower floor or try to balance it on the taps!

LikedLove!!! ❤️ The room was charming and in a great location! Restaurants, shopping, coffee within steps of the hotel. Our suite was clean and spacious. Decor was beautiful in true Venetion style! It was so nice having breakfast brought to the room and being greeted by Raphael's smiling face!!! Enrique was also very friendly and helpful! Thank you for making our stay so memorable! 🥰

LikedLocation was amazing. Right in the centre. Very clean, great standard. Staff super friendly, especially the butler who brought breakfast to the room, Raffael . He was super helpful
