LikedThe localisation of the hotel is perfect - so close to the central train/bus station, really near centre and all the city attractions and restaurants.

DislikedThree-person room with windows heading main crossroad is hell. It is so loud, that it is impossible to sleep. 4 sleepless nights. You can not hear person speaking in the room, you can't even hear Your own thoughts. When you close the window it isn't better at all, what's more, you have to turn on AC because humidity and temperature makes it impossible to breathe. If you want to leave a luggage for few hours (it was 3 in my case) you have to pay 5 euro per luggage!! The toilet paper - 1.5 piece for a 4 nights is only provided once.

LikedThe room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a central location and close to attractions in Palermo. Especially Marco is a very friendly person. He helped us a lot in everything. This is definitely a place we will choose again next time.

LikedReally good location - 2min walk from the train & bus station and 10min walk from the center. Room is really small so it is good for short stays. It’s cheap, about 20€/night/person but there is reason why is that cheap. The stuff is really really friendly.

DislikedWe killed two bugs in the room. Also, bathroom is very old and not so clean, but as I mentioned, it is cheap apartment in the city centre. It can be a bit noisy in the night (because of the location). Room could be cleaned better..

LikedExcellent value for money, very friendly couple hosting the BnB.

DislikedBreakfast is very simple: one coffee and one pre-packed croissant. Upon request we could exchange the croissant for another coffee.

LikedClean, comfortable, the host brought tea with biscuits at the exact time we agreed (was included in price), kindly waited for me at 1AM at night despite the booking denied my request for a later time of check-in. There was a conditioner, clean towels and shampoo.

DislikedImpossible to communicate in English, not even try, learn at least basic italian to speak to the host. Hard to find a place at night because the host doesn't communicate well. NO ELEVATOR, really bad for a heavy luggage, but the host helped to bring the suitcase.
