LikedWe stayed in the family room. It's a kind of suite that can be reached via a staircase and then has two rooms and a bathroom next to each other. The rooms were clean. One room has a window facing the garden and the other facing the main entrance. The staff is friendly. The breakfast had a large selection. There were croissants, bread, jam, cakes and boiled and scrambled eggs, cheese, fruit salad and various yogurts. Good location, 20-25 minutes walk from the historic center.
DislikedThe furniture is outdated. The bathroom was a bit cold and there was a black mold. Parking is expensive (25 € each night). The lock and key of the room a bit primitive.

DislikedIt was a bit cold in my room and espesially the bathroom. I did not know it was possible to heat the floor in the bathroom? It suddenly was not so cold on the bathrom floor the day I was leaving:-)

LikedWe had an OK stay in the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and has not been renovated for at least a few decades. There is no elevator. The rooms and bathrooms are old and basic, but everything works. The water pressure in the shower lacks sufficient strength if other guests are using a shower too. The breakfast is basic: there are some pieces of bread, croissants, some fruit, cake, and tea and coffee. The location is in a quiet area in Florence and at least 20 minutes walk from the centre, Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi. The personnel is decent. The hotel has no real lobby, bar or offers any other services to its guests (no gym or so) and is a quirt place to stay. The rooms were clean.
