LikedThe location worked for us and it had an elevator though we were advised to please limit the use of the elevator.
DislikedThe A/C had been turned off and smokers from below blew in our window which was not nice. Also the towels were a thin linen and we didn't care for them.

LikedThe staff were friendly. The bed is comfortable. Though the pillows are quite flat but you can ask for extra. There is no bar at the hotel but my friends and I bought a bottle of wine and drank it on the terrace and they didn't mind. The breakfast isn't massive. Yogert. Roll. Boiled egg. Croissant. Tea. Coffee. Some cheese and conserves. This was fine for me. I don't normally eat breakfast and don't need a cooked breakfast. The towels are old fashioned cotton towels. Like the French beach towels. Not fluffy. But I found this nostalgic. The staff were tremendously kind. It is an inexpensive hotel run by very kind people that look after me. I will stay there again. Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk from vaporetta station that takes you to Venice.
