LikedThe staff! Recepsion guy at the check in informed us for everything and also gave us good Tips to visit the City.
DislikedThe breakfast! The staff was really giving the best both days,but the buffet was small and there wasn't much choice...not worthy at all!

LikedThe location is perfect, the yard very generous and green, the breakfast good. It is very well located- Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens at 8 minutes away. We arrived after 8PM and was very easy to acces the key. The parking was a plus- we enjoied Firenze by walk and by bys( the drivers from Florence are very chaotic).
DislikedWe didn't have any glass in the room(only plastic ones). It was our anniversary and we want to enjoy a glass of wine, but no plastic :).

LikedAmazing breakfast, clean rooms, heartwarming staff. Great location if you are looking to be away from the crowds, but close enough to a walk visit to the centre.
DislikedThe beds are not too comfortable, and pillows too flat. The cellphone service isn’t great in the area, so we need to rely on WiFi, which doesn’t work well.
