LikedGood location for pickup of day tour.

DislikedThe room was small - ok it’s Europe. NO AC until May! It was 83 on April 12th and 13th. Wish I knew that —-would not have booked. But by far the worst event - they broke my suitcase! Bent the extension handle. They took no responsibility. Did not want to discuss it. This was the first leg of my 10 day trip and the suitcase was broken on the way up to the room! I now have to purchase a new suitcase in Venice.

LikedThe location of the hotel is good

DislikedThere was renovation going on downstairs and they started working at 7 in the morning, so we couldn’t rest at all and there was a very bad smell in the bathroom.

Dislikednoisy, small, shower area was not clean, no kettle was provided until asked, air condition was not working

LikedRoom was very small with a very small window facing the street. The window was somewhat covered from the outside so you could get Fresh air but no light. Opening into the street made it a very noisy room.

DislikedStaff were great Friendly and helpful Location was great. We walked everywhere. Loved the decor. It was very Italian. Top floor restaurant had a great view. The breakfast was average. The downstairs restaurant was great.
