DislikedI liked everything but the parking was a bit problematic as we were unable to stop outside the hotel to get directions to the parking garage

LikedThe hotel was right next to Turin Porta Nuova train station, which means the city center and the main attractions were reachable on foot. The room and the shower were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent, consisting of both sweet and savory meals. The staff was supportive. They allowed us to check out late for no additional charge because our room was available the next day. Overall, good value for money.

DislikedThe only thing I can complain about is the room size. It was a bit too small for three people.

DislikedThe location is in a very unsafe, near the train station and suspicious/dangerous people around. Our car was parked in front of the hotel, video surveillance, despite that, it is was broken and everything from it was stolen. The staff told us it’s a usual thing… but only after we’ve experienced it.. :(

Liked+ Really nice and helpful staff with 24h reception + 5 minutes from the central station in Torino + Delicious breakfast with a lot of very yummy cakes + Very nice and comfortable rooms

Disliked- If I had to say anything... they took a long time to provide an invoice, and even ended up sending me one that corresponded to another client... so a bit of a privacy problem? - Nothing else, it's a very very good hotel and super helpful staff.
