Liked+ Really nice and helpful staff with 24h reception + 5 minutes from the central station in Torino + Delicious breakfast with a lot of very yummy cakes + Very nice and comfortable rooms
Disliked- If I had to say anything... they took a long time to provide an invoice, and even ended up sending me one that corresponded to another client... so a bit of a privacy problem? - Nothing else, it's a very very good hotel and super helpful staff.

Likedfriendly smiley staff. helpful and informative. good breakfast, good choice location very close to train station, and essy to get to.
DislikedNo bar facilities near the reception. It would h ave been nice to relax in company in the evening if there was a bar. There is a room but very cold and no atmosphere. only one socket in the room to charge up my phone and not near the bed. i could only use the kettle or harge my phone, that was annoying
