LikedThe room was big, comfortable and with a beautiful canal view. The bathroom was practical and clean. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has a great location, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly

Excellent location. Very helpful reception team. Continental breakfast included was good. Room was quiet small, shower cubical was very small.

DislikedThere is NO lift in this hotel, if knew I wouldn't have booked..Room was freezing, when complained, was told that we had the hottest room in the block (26 celsius), if it was 26 why did we wear jumpers inside our room, while you can feel the heat when you walk into their office.
