LikedBreakfast was good. Selection of meats and cheeses acceptable. Staff friendly.
DislikedThe refrigerator was not cold. The pillows were somewhat hard!

LikedCentral to train station
DislikedNo tea/coffee making facilities. Bed very hard. No air conditioning until 1st May due to Italian law which was not stated anywhere. Not accessible to wheelchair users due to stairs from street level to reception and reception to lift. Limited range of drinks in mini- bar in room. Safe in room not bolted to anything so could easily be moved.
