DislikedThe room has wasted space and not functional. Need hooks in bathroom. Need more storage/closet space for long stay guests.

DislikedThe AC didn’t work and it was humid and hot out. It was advertised that it would work, so very disappointing it didn’t. They then charged us $40 on top of a $320 stay (for a room that was a lot smaller than advertised in the pictures) for a mediocre breakfast. The staff was nice, but I wouldn’t stay again.

LikedWe loved the fact it was a very central location and the staff on check-in was super friendly and helpful. You felt nothing was too much trouble and it was a lovely touch to offer a welcome drink although we didn’t take that- we forgot
DislikedEverything was great. The only thing that was a bit odd was steps down in our room , which we always kind of forgot about, and nearly fell into the room each time!
