LikedThe location is <1 min from a gondola site, <5min from Piazza San Marco, and <5min from the Rialto bridge. On top of the great location, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and very efficient rooms!

DislikedNo elevador, our room was the last floor (5th floor) we host a very tiny room with a tiniest bathroom. The room was warm and we let the windows open for fresh air, we got covered with mosquitoes bites.

LikedThe breakfast - much better than expected after reading some of the past reviews, a good variety of choices and the quality was very good. The bed was above average for comfort, and the room very clean. Hotel staff welcoming and helpful The hotel is centrally located
