LikedThe distance from Rome Termini really makes that place one of the top choices.
DislikedThere was no elevator. The shower was very tiny.

LikedThe garden area is adorable! The elevator was super helpful for older people. Great location close to a taxi stand and other restaurants.
DislikedThe bathroom was super small. The room decor is very outdated and could really use a renovation. Old looking bed spreads, old couch cover, old curtains.

LikedIgor the concierge was excellent, really helpful and extremely friendly, made our stay pleasurable and nothing was too much trouble. Also Peter in the bar was also very good.
DislikedNo tea & coffee facilities in the room.

LikedWell-furnished breakfast; good location close to Termini station; helpful staff for storing luggage. Nice garden made it tranquille.
DislikedRoom was mostly ok; air conditioning/heating didn't seem to work but in the end I slept fine. I think there might have been some water damage on one of the walls because the wallpaper was peeling off.

LikedStaff friendly, good location, breakfast was good and the garden was amazing and the price was good
DislikedThe mattress was old and needs replacing, the room Was out dated the bedroom had damp and the shower curtain had mould.
