LikedLovely staff and lots of transport options into the centre of Rome

DislikedA few things didn't fully work in the room such as the shower, toilet and the air conditioning.

DislikedThe heating system was off the whole night every night. We caught cold. The receptionist gave us wrong rooms and we could not exchange it ( twin instead of double). Not enough outlet in the room to charge devices. No kettle in the room. No water bottles. The shower head was broken Not satisfied over all
