LikedBreakfast area is very nice, breakfast buffet is really good, it’s great to have access to coffee and other drinks throughout the day

DislikedPillows weren’t comfortable, no air conditioning or fan to cool down the room, hallways are unpleasantly dark (very little light)

DislikedThe air conditioning didn't work properly so the room was too hot to sleep. I could smell cigarettes from the hallway during the night.

LikedThe rooms where clean central location (only a short walk to various metro stations and bus stops lots of 24 hour supermarkets in the surrounding areas Excellent coffee and tea service (for free)

DislikedThere was a misunderstanding in the beginning regarding whether or not I had booked the room with breakfast or not. I felt the man who checked us into the hotel was a little rude regarding this and overly assertive, however having explored more of Barcelona I'm starting to think that this is the way customer service works in the area as literally everyone who worked in every place we visited was like this.
